Ray Burris is a former Major League Baseball pitcher whose career spanned 15 seasons with teams including the Chicago Cubs, New York Yankees, New York Mets, Montreal Expos, Oakland A’s, Milwaukee Brewers, and St. Louis Cardinals. Known for his steady presence on the mound and team-first spirit, Ray earned more than 1,000 strikeouts and became a reliable starter throughout the 1970s and 80s. Since retiring, he has dedicated his life to coaching, mentoring, and sharing his love for the game with the next generation of players.
